Communicate better with customers and take responsibility for poor management of their guests (i.e. rule enforcement), parking lot enforcement, noise ordinance.
*Update: Leavenworth Village Inn promised a 25% refund but now refuses to respond to emails and messages. Bad business ettiquette! We stayed here about a year ago and had a wonderful time so when we had just 1 night without kids, a rare occasion to be sure, we decided to book a room at the Leavenworth Village Inn and travel 2 hours over the mountains to stay the night. Made reservations for Christmas in August to ensure we had exactly what we needed. Called in November to verify only to find out they gave our room to someone else. They insisted we made the error on the website even though we made the reservations over the phone. We left several messages with reception only to be told the manager would not take our calls and has no set schedule for her availability. She finally emailed us and blamed us once again. Great little inn.. Super comfy beds. Very clean. Modern room with superior furnishings. We had a great stay. Plus within crawling distance of both Icicle Brewing and Blewett Brewing (delicious) Highly recommend staying here.
