I quit Genesis Health Club to join at this club. I hired trainers at Genesis that knew nothing about what I needed as a triathlete. With in just 5 minutes of talking to Brian, I learned more about training with weights than the hundreds of dollars I spent at Genesis. Very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is genuine.

You couldn't ask for a nicer place to get healthy. Let me say that again, " to get healthy." Bryan and Karen DePriest the owners really focus on helping you achieve your health goals with personal training, experience, dedication, and commitment to helping you reach your goals is their focus. If you know me you know how much I dislike gyms! That being said I have finally found not only a place to get into shape but a place that helps motivate me through the years of expertise of Bryan DePriest as well as the friendly motivation of a group of people I have come to call friends.
