It's a great place to work out at; a very convenient location and good hours of operation. Bryan has lots of good equipment at the gym also.

This is one of Leavenworth's hidden gems. The gym owner Bryan will personally start you off on a workout schedule and teach you proper form at no additional charge with a 3 month membership. That's not just one quick meeting...He'll work with you several times to get you going on the right path. He's great with all ages and levels of fitness.
