Great facility, and very well equipped for whatever your fitness goals are. Super friendly staff and I have known the owner for over 32 years very honest and knowledgeable about fitness
I train all over the city, and have for over 25 years, but this is definitely one of my favs. There is a good mix of old school equipment with new. You can tell a clubs knowledge of fitness by the equipment they keep. I knew right away this was a very educated owner who had actually used the equipment for a long time-and put thought into his vision before buying. My only negative is that i didnt find it sooner.

This is a great health club with all the equipment needed to get and stay in shape. Bryan is always ready to assist with helpful advice, but more importantly, he cares about each person who walks in the door. If I only had one complaint, it is that I didn’t join years ago.
