They charged $16 more than other silver dealers. They also stopped communicating with me and left me hanging as to when my silver would come. They are not reputable. Difficult to deal with. No customer service. I wish that they would have been honest and not overcharged me. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

The BBB should be alerting the public about Lear Capital. Because Lear Capital is being sued by Los Angeles City Atty's Office .For unfair business practices. And why is the BBB is listing them with a A+ rating. You say the BBB doesn't use customer reviews and you don't use complaints to calculate the Business rating , Well you should.. Lear Capital took one third of my 401K.

I have nothing but praise for the staff of Lear Capital. They are informed, professional and personable. Prior to contacting Lear Capital, I contacted GoldLine. The response I received was like calling a used car salesman. The GoldLine rep called me six times in two days. When I did speak with him, it seemed to me he was acting out a predetermined script to get me to buy without much explanation of his company or it's procedures.
