I am a first time buyer in silver and I called Lear after seeing them on Newsmax. I worked with Matt and he was very attentive, knowledgeable and fast to answer any and all questions. While his choice in football team's is poor his service and professionalism is very high. I recommend Matt Walker.

I want to Thank Jerimy *****, the public relations director at Lear Capital for helping my wife and I resolve our concerns. Jerimy listens and is very professional and truly wants to help Lear's customers. i would just urge others to do do your home work thoroughly before agreeing to purchase metals. Don't give up!

The BBB should be alerting the public about Lear Capital. Because Lear Capital is being sued by Los Angeles City Atty's Office .For unfair business practices. And why is the BBB is listing them with a A+ rating. You say the BBB doesn't use customer reviews and you don't use complaints to calculate the Business rating , Well you should.. Lear Capital took one third of my 401K.

I have nothing but praise for the staff of Lear Capital. They are informed, professional and personable. Prior to contacting Lear Capital, I contacted GoldLine. The response I received was like calling a used car salesman. The GoldLine rep called me six times in two days. When I did speak with him, it seemed to me he was acting out a predetermined script to get me to buy without much explanation of his company or it's procedures. I have only dealt with Lear Capital a couple of times. 15 years ago they sold me some coins and medal. What they sold me went up in value quite a bit. So they contacted me recently to sell the medal because it was up and buy silver because it is down. I am satisfied with their service so far.

Well I wanted to say thanks to Dana for being so real. I have never bought gold or silver before, let alone or spent big bucks like this. I was nervous but decided to go with it. They really help me relax. The shipment came on time an I was happy. Since then I have bought a some more, it hasn't benn delivered yet, but I'm waiting for it.its not overdue early in the process. But I'm totaly relaxed about it . Great company, great people, I will continue doing business with them. **** -XX -XX-XX

I did file a complaint with ****** ***** at Lear Capital, but we are fine now. We did have a few moments, but it was because my temper he was always a gentlement and made good on his promise. I would recommend ****** at Lear anytime. good Luck, ***** BBB you really help people get their problems solved.
