When they showed up, on time, they were courteous and checked things quickly. At first it looked like it would take a week to get the right part and I’d be out of a shower that whole time. However, they called about a half an hour after leaving saying they had found the part and were headed back. My shower works better than ever and I’m grateful!

A guy came out and did something $425 later I still have the exact same problem. I called back and was treated so hostile with an angry aggressive extremely hyper receptionist— Maybe she was in a hurry to close up and get someplace but wow!!!

I have naan using this company for the last 9 years. Their excellent service, friendly costumer service and professional staff are above and beyond any other services I have ever had. The best is the staff who answers the calls. Her kind and friendly approach is exceptional.
