A few weeks ago I called Leap Frog because I needed a new toilet flush mechanism and the handle was very hard to flush. The service tech replaced the flush mechanism and handle. The handle was poorly installed and the toilet ran continuously so I called to have it fixed A different tech came back to fix the problem and said the seal between the tank and toilet base was bad. Two thumbs up to LeapFrog Plumbing for being on-time, courteous, and best of all, efficient. Gordon replaced a leaking copper pipe between the walls behind the shower which was making a pool downstairs in the dining room. The most fun was when the soldering set off the fire alarm, but a few open windows and a call to the alarm company solved that. Trenching and installation of new water supply line from the street. Both trenching crew and plumbers were neat and did a quality job despite some obstacles that had to be worked around. They informed me of options and I am happy with my increased water flow which had become very poor.

When they showed up, on time, they were courteous and checked things quickly. At first it looked like it would take a week to get the right part and I’d be out of a shower that whole time. However, they called about a half an hour after leaving saying they had found the part and were headed back. My shower works better than ever and I’m grateful!

Excellent experience and workmanship! Technician had to make some creative adjustments and stayed till the job was finished. I was impressed with the professional handling and speed of this project from bid thru finish . Excellent communication. Will highly recommend!
