The installation of our Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shut Off was a breeze. The technician was professional, courteous, and very efficient. He patiently answered my questions, explained how to use the monitor, set up WiFi, and optimize our usage. The installation was quick and seamless, with minimal disruption to our daily routine. Everything was set up perfectly and he made sure I was comfortable using the new system before he left. Overall, it was a positive and stress-free experience. Thank you Leap Frog Plumbing!

Fantastic service, as always. We try to get Jason when we call because he knows our “barely there crawlspace” and he’s not afraid of going down under the house. He’s very fast, efficient and explains what he’s done and what should be done in the future with thorough notes.

I called because the water heater failed, no hot water and it was leaking. I was able to speak with someone right away by phone. An estimate was provided by 9:00A the next day and installation was the same day. I am very satisfied. Bet you will be too.

He tested, cleaned up, and while not inexpensive, not the most, either, and worth every dollar. I won't hesitate to call LeapFrog again. And just a note, my neighbor has the s... read more

Leapfrog Plumbing is the absolute best! We had an emergency at the house and the bathtub was backing up. Lindsay took my call, calmed me down and had a plumber at my home right away! He was so kind and knowledgeable. He fixed the tub in less than 30 min. He even taught my husband what to do so he can handle it next time! He was very clean and didn’t leave a mess behind. Everyone there was TOP NOTCH!! When the bill came I was shocked! It was less than half what others were going to charge!! Can’t say enough about Leapfrog. If... read more
