A follow up to lab work. Dr. Swann referred me to another doctor for a additional check. She is always correct and on top of the issue. Strives to nail down each situation. Very caring and excellent doctor.
She overbooks her schedule and is never on time. She orders too many test that are not needed. Office staff is constantly changing. Seems assistants don't stay long. Refuses to see patients with upper respiratory issues in the office but requires you to drive to office for Covid test before virtual visit. I have had to make multiple calls to office due to prescriptions not being correctly sent to pharmacy, only after pharmacy attempted several times to make contact with no success.

Follow up visit …we reviewed pertinent information. Dr. Swann always takes time to fully explain issues and makes you feel comfortable. She is involved with your situation and has been my PCP for close to a decade. Highly intelligent and skilled doctor.

Great doctor and makes you feel comfortable however the office staff isn’t organized and had problems with codes & referral process many times the past year!
I feel very comfortable with Dr. Swann and I feel she is forthcoming, trustworthy and knowledgeable. She also has a sense of humor, which is always good.
