We had an issue with our last tenant after Leah Jay managed our property for the last 10 years. That is mainly due to the newly appointed inexperienced agent mishandling the communication between the tenants and us. But when the new agent, Claire Whitehouse, took over the responsibility of managing our property all issues were resolved pleasantly with a new lease and a new tenant. Her positive attitude and strong communication have strengthened our confidence to continue our agreement with Leah Jay.
I recently took possession of a house in Fletcher. I had wonderful assistance from Milly and Lily at Leah Jay Real Estate. They made every effort to help me with the handover and secured a tenant for the property in very quick time.
