If you want your property treated like they treat staff then just don't.
Claire was brilliant to deal with while we rented in Newcastle. We had rented through a number of different agencies previously like Robinsons and Movable and had nothing but headaches. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone fair and reasonable especially when it came to the usual stress of moving out.
