My property manager Zia was fantastic. Never had an issue she couldn't help me with, and when I ended my lease and moved she was so helpful, always available and happy to answer any questions I had.
We have been with Leah jay past 3 years and in this time I had 2 property manager Amelia Murray and Zia Sundstrom both are amazing and adorable, professional in their field. I had several problems and whenever I reach to them they went to solve my problems with extra pleasure. I am very great full with Leah jay because it was my first rented house in Australia with them. I really appreciate their service and love towards us.

My property manager Zia has been excellent to work with. Her attention to detail gives me confidence that everything is being looked after properly. Zia always keeps me up to date with what is happening and communicates clearly. A new tenant was secured very quickly, and any repairs or maintenance are organised promptly. On top of that, Zia is friendly, approachable, and always eager to help. I highly recommend Zia service.
