LOCKE Property Management has done an excellent job helping clients find quality renters and manage their homes with care. Will is knowledgeable, responsive, and always willing to help.
There is no assistance from them for weekend issues, and all they provide is a combative AI agent for you to argue with you with no possibility to connect to a real human. This is very demeaning as a tenet
We absolutely love working with Locke Property Management! They have exceptional customer service, and they work hard to make sure their clients are happy. They do everything from leasing out the properties, to tenant background checks, maintenance, and making sure the property stays insured. They do all of this while making sure they are kind and fair to the tenants. If you need your property managed, I would highly recommend Locke - you can trust them to manage all your property needs!
Jerry was right on time and very professional. He fixed everything that was listed and cleaned up the area. Jerry is awesome and very friendly!!
