Advertised services that were not completed. Had to call them many times to fix errors in the install. Would not give me a written guarantee of services. Poor install that was only partly corrected. Currently we have many dead areas in the yard. Will have to call them again. They installed sod over irrigation heads, mulch and existing grass and weeds. Poor quality of workmanship and no supervision.

This customer did have a bad experience with our company. This was a new crew's first job alone. The customer called us that night, and we had an experienced crew to correct the issues first thing in the morning. We corrected all the issues to our knowledge, and the customer was satisfied. The customer then found another issue, and we had returned within a couple hours. Two weeks later there were about 30 peices that did not take, which is very common, and we replaced these for free. They were on time,very neat and curteous,There were no hiden fees at the completion of the job.I was very happy with this company.

They called ahead advising estimated time of arrival. Upon arrival they proceeded to do the job very efficiently. They didn't take any break from the start of the job until they completed it.
I needed grass installed the next day and they were able to do it. very professional and work well done

They arrived on time and the project went great.They also went out of their to make sure i was satisfied. I will diffenetly use them again. They really care about their customers.
Robert was punctual and provided the best price for sod replacement. The lawn techician Brian arrived on time and finished the job in a few hours. I would recommend the service to others
