They called back the day I contacted them. They set me up on their schedule for that same week. Their prices are market rate. I can't complain at all!
These people are good landscapers. However who ever was their sod supplier did not provide good sod. Out of three pallets of sod only one was of good quality. The other two pallets were not good, when the sod was removed to be laid down it all fell apart when picked up.
They did not install, just delivered, but the worker put it all in the back yard for me which was very nice of him.
Promptly returned phone calls. Great to work with! I recommend this company.
When I got home that evening, my yard was perfect. The grass was cut clean, without the lumped up grass everywhere. The sticks were removed from the ground where they had fallen from the trees. My driveway was spotless, which made me happy. All those leaves just fall and make it look tacky. They were very sociable on the phone, and very easy to talk with. Almost as if they were a friend of mine. I easily set up a plan for when to cut my grass, and had no issues with their work.

The sod quality was very good, installers were excellent and the office staff was top notch. Salesman dropped the ball on some things promised in the sales pitch. (Imagine that), to the installers. Installers handled it professionally and quickly.
No subsequent walk-through or followup except providing me with sheet explaining new sod watering schedule. Cut wire to outside lights and could not fix - expained they aren't responsible for that. I will have to hire an electrician to fix.
Follow up is fabulous. They definitely do what they say when they promise. My lawn looks great!
