Salesman was nice to my grandmother. However, when he called management to see if he could help lower the price that’s when things took a twisted turn! I overheard his manager insulting her intellectually capacity. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! All because she was hesitant to move forward that day. I expected better after what the salesman told me about the way they do business.
Extremely nice person. Felt he was honest and thorough. Hopefully can use in the future once finances settled
