My mother is sick in hospital but since she not here at the house. They will not even talk about business without her being here. I am her son, she asked me to call. Horrible customer service

I think the quality of the gutters are top notch and the folks installing them did great work. My problem is with the sales person. He way over inflated the price of the gutters and made me think I was getting a good deal when I was being shafted. He neglected to tell me that I had three days to cancel and I did read that until the insulation had started. I like my gutters, but leaf filters your sales practices are downright sleazy!

I have had my gutters for a year and a half. For the price they charged I thought it would be high end work done. However, when they installed the gutters they didn’t screw them into the beams of the house. They just screwed into the wood on the side of the house. With the amount of rain we received in a short time they ripped off from the weight. I called to tell them and they wanted to charge me to have someone come out. Not happy and would not recommend.

Yesterday, your system was installed on our home. According to the customer agreement, the downspouts were supposed to be sealed with 50-year silicone, and any damaged gutters were to be repaired and aligned. Neither of those items appears to have been completed. Instead, one installer arrived with his son, and the entire installation was completed in only about 3.5 hours.
