The sales person was very thorough, I felt confident this was a good product
Direct marketing crap that you can’t opt out of. Just wasted paper for the landfill. Any respected business would allow one to opt out of which saves them money and better for the environment.
The product works, the customer service is fine, the crew working is sub par. I called to have a leak fixed and they did not address. Try calling a manager and you’ll hear crickets. If my neighbors ask for a recommendation I will point them elsewhere. The money didn’t justify the service
