Awful – Absolutely no employee loyalty - you're a warm body, nothing more, nothing less. Heaven help you if you get sick - they'll be calling to find out how long you're going to be sick (um, well, until I get well). They'll replace you in a heart beat and then "punish" you by not giving you any more assignments for a while. Just like some of the other reviewers, if I could give zero stars, I would.

DON'T DO IT!! – If I could give less than one star, I would. They are terrible to work with. I took the tests and scored VERY well on them and only got offered a one day receptionist job that is 20+ miles away??? When they DO call to talk to you about a job they do NOT consider what it is you're looking for. They offer grunt jobs if/when they do call. As another review said, they are fake. No thanks. I say get a job on your own. They are not worth the time or effort.

Great Service and Placement – I signed up with Leading Edge twice and both times the company met or exceeded my expectations. I found the job of my dreams through this agency and was hired on permanently. At the beginning of the economic downturn in Austin, and I was laid off from my perfect job, they still kept me busy and gave me great long-term assignments at good pay. WASTE OF TIME – I spent one hour filling out their online application. Two days later a received a phone call to come into their offices for an interview. They're fake nice and give you forced smiles. I spent two hours taking their tests and scored well on all of them. I follow up three days later and NOTHING. The lady that answered was cold and rude as well. Don't waste your time with them. They're pretentious.

A Bad Joke- waste of time – Sure, turn over all of your personal info so that they can ignore and disregard you- even after repeated calls. After trying to work with them, let alone get any straight answers as to how they coordinate/operate their organization, I am under the the impression that they are another office that works off of quotas. Not # of people that become imployed, but how many people that sign up. Makes me wonder- are they making their money by SELLING my personal information???

Bias employment practice – I had registered with the LeadingEdge Personnel located at 8200 N. Mopac around the date of June 29, 2007. My recruiter was Rachel Richter. I dont recall the exact date. But later on i was contacted by Lisa Matthews about a job that was over 30 miles away from my address. I told her how i thought the offer was ridiculous due to the type of job and the distance of it. Immediate pay. Great service. Great follow-thru. – Pay is immediate, the minute you turn in timecard. They answer your questions and resolve issues w/assigments immediately. They contact you the first day, to make sure the job is working. They always follow-up and return calls, emails.
