I was referred by my counselor to this place. Left a message which took days for a callback. When I tried to return their call, I reached an automated Verizon message stating "the party is unavailable to accept my call at this time", which sounds like their phone service was turned off. Not sure what's happening with this provider but I can't afford to risk my mental health figuring it out. And I really wanted to find a Black professional to work with. Disappointed!
I have been a client here for 7 months, therapy, prp, tcm and med management. An overall disappointment on all fronts. My therapist at least listens actively, but is unqualified to help with my actual condition. I can only conclude that the rest of the staff I’ve encountered just does not care.
