Had a good experience shopping for a new pontoon boat at Leaders. Sales person went over the pros and cons of each model I was interested in. There was no pressure to purchase. Appreciated the little things that come with the purchase, free delivery, full take of gas and a sparkling clean boat. Delivery was more than expected. Tyler did a great job going over all the ins-and-outs of the boat and how everything worked with some tricks and tips. Very pleased with our purchase.
I actually enjoyed my buying experience with Matt VanDam. He was helpful and informative without being a pushy salesman. Apart from the excellent buying experience, I was most impressed by the delivery orientation, which was thorough and detailed. When I left the dealership, I was comfortable in my new gained knowledge that I was ready for the water!
Best OTD price in southwest Michigan on waverunners/jet skis by far. Matt VanDam worked with me for nearly a year before I was ready to purchase a new Yamaha. Matt's customer service and product knowledge was outstanding throughout the process and he completely earned my business. I have 0 complaints about Leaders RPM. First off this place will always be known to me as Leaders Marine. I've been buying products from Leaders for 20 years. Everything from 96 Ski Doo Formula III to my most recent purchase of 2016 Polaris 1000 Turbo RZR and multiple other new & used machines in between. Had a great experience buying my PWC from leaders Marine. Excellent service. Matt and the entire staff did everything I asked and even went above and beyond to make sure I could pick up my jet ski the day I wanted it.
