Do not go here for anything! No customer service at all. I sent a friend here, he found a used boat he wanted to buy, asked for the sales mgr. Sales manager told receptionist he would call him back later! My friend was in the store!! Unbelievable
My personal experience with Leaders Marine in Kalamazoo is as follows...When we bought a boat from Leaders 4 years ago we thought they were great and helpful. I used to have them winterize & store my boat. they forgot to put plugs back in causing my pontoon to fill up with water. I also felt that they took advantage of me on a trade in.
