This was our first purchase at Leaders RPM and we could not be happier. The other dealers we "tried" to work with acted like they were doing us a favor by speaking to us. Leaders is quite a distance from us but was worth every mile. We absolutely love our new Can Am Defender and look forward to a great relationship with Leaders RPM for years to come. Leaders RPM sells Sea Doo (BRP) products. Here's what Ii was told today from a factory rep... Sea Doos largest growth in sales have come from service. Not sales. Their theory is more things NOT covered under warranty will generate more income. Leaders is obviously aware of this cause one they sell the brand. Knowledeable and a great selection. Pricing was below what other dealers were. Our Yamaha and Sea Doo were deluvered and thoroughly explained.
Excellent service. Costumer servise: I was greeted as soon as I arrived at the door, Able to look around without someone standing over my shoulder and not pushed into something I didn't want. Financing and Product: salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Financing was done in a timely manner, which all but took about 40 minutes. Maintenance and services: Once again I was very impressed about the knowledge of the vehicle.
