My husband and I drove 55 miles to the Leader's store in Lakeland. I fell in love with a corner wicker shelf that would go perfect in my lanai. Wendy offered to order the corner unit and have it delivered to a closer store in Orlando. (Only 25 miles from our home) We just picked it up two days ago in Orlando and it's perfect! The furniture that we bought we like. The extra $150 for the protection plan we have found to be a waste of money. It's actually delivered by some idiots from Ellenton who's idea of customer service is to not give a crap. We will not be buying anymore furniture from this place.
My wife and I found a beautiful outdoor sofa and club chairs from Leader's! We couldn't be happier with our new pieces and their excellent customer service. We will certainly be back to purchase more.
I just received delivery of my Trellis Collection dining chairs and table. I cannot express how happy I am with their in store service and delivery personnel. After having two previous sets delivered by two different sellers, and which were promptly sent back, I am glad to say Leader's should have been my first choice. I won't make that mistake again.
Just received my new custom Rattan living room furniture. It is just beautiful. Purchasing an additional table and 2 custom cushion counter stools. Tim at the Naples store was just great. Steve helped me as well with the counter stools and is also so nice and professional.
