Great in-store service. No pressure to purchase. Delivery of furniture only two days and window of delivery time only 4 hours and not all day. Janis and the New Port Richey store was very pleasant and helpful.

Our experience of buying outdoor furniture has been great. I love the way the products hold up and stay looking like new. The sales people always are friendly and are not high pressure at all. The products sell themselves. We have just ordered all new furniture for our lanai. The table wasn't in stock but we immediately received a phone call and given an ESTA and they confirmed that this wasn't going to be an issue. Upfront and not pushy...like that when you are shopping around.

Leader Casual Furniture in Fort Myers is the BEST !!! Went there to find outdoor furniture for our new home. Janet the store manager was the most knowledgeable, helpful sales person we have ever worked with. We love our lanai furniture and so does everyone who comes to visit. We also ran into trouble trying to find indoor barstools and again Leaders to the rescue. Just got them last week and love them. We Couldn't be happier !! Thanks
Our patio set from Leaders Furniture was delivered this morning by Bruce. He was prompt, courteous and working alone! We were very impressed with his ability to single handedly carry the set up the 17 steps to our condo. No nicks in the floor or walls, no scratched paint. Bravo! An, of course, we love the set that we purchased from Leader's. It looks perfect on our Lanai.
Just received our purchase of 11 pieces of Rattan outdoor furniture and could not be happier. The whole experience of was excellent from the store purchase to the delivery. We would recommend them to anyone.
Leaders staff including our salesman Rob made the purchase of our handsome modular outdoor sectional a pleasure. It really takes our patio to a comfortable level for all to enjoy the Florida Sunshine. The delivery staff set it all up for us and removed all packing materials. Thank you!
