Visited the Orlando store. I was very impressed by the selection and quality. Aviva was our Sales Associate. She was amazing to work with. She was knowledgable of the merchandise and the manufacturers. I loved the input she provided while we were selecting our furniture. Wendy, the Store Manager was very personable. I hope my delivery experience is as great as my shopping experience.
Melissa Rivera-Dowling was an awesome help! She was extrememly patient and helpful while I had to make decisions.

One star is too much of a rating. Dealt with a sales rep who did not know what she was doing, first delivery had missing and damaged pieces. Ordered an extra chair a few weeks ago, promised 3-5 weeks, took over 10 weeks. Have a damaged cushion on the sofa, they want the whole sofa back for 12 weeks, for a staple that can be snipped off, gave us a hard time when all we wanted was a new cushion cover.
