We have purchased from Leaders in St. Pete several times, and quality has always been very good. We recently had an issue with a love seat so contacted Bruce, the store manager. After some initial confusion w/service department, Bruce had a new love seat delivered the next day - delivery guys were prompt and we exchanged the furniture and good to go. Thanks Bruce!

Bought an entire outdoor set of their Garden Classics line in 2012 at Naples store. Before even two years were up the webbing began to break on two of the chairs. These were replaced and we were told they had a new supplier because the material was not up to their standards. Now three other pieces are doing the same, but we are told it is too late and they will do nothing. If they know the quality was inferior to start with you would think they could do something. Not impressed!
Just ordered our Tropitone furniture from Leaders on Colonial in Orlando!! Excited! This stuff is gorgeous! Thanks Kris for your excellent service!
