I love working with Day One Mortgage as they make everything so easy for anybody for a loan or refinance or whatever you need.
When I bought my house in 2024 I was wanting to use the VA loan as I am a veteran. They waited until the last second to get my COE and still was unable to obtain it. I then had to resort to a First time home buyer loan that required a down payment, that I wouldn't have had to do with a VA loan. I had to borrow $20k for the down payment. I also had to pay PMI this entire time since recently refinancing WITH the VA loan that a different lender just called the VA to ask how to obtain my COE. Shane was unable to respect my boundaries , even after I reminded him. He went ahead and did something I asked him not to do. Shane is very pushy to rush me through the process and told me he would show up to my closing to make sure everything went smoothly. He never showed up, and told the title company he was in another closing. He promised me he would remove $1895.00 from my cash to close, which i have texts and a recorded call as proof.
