From the moment I talked to Roxanne Martell from Leader Autoplex, things were great. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. Roxanne was very polite and easy going. It was a very pleasurable overall experience. If I needed to, I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer. I highly recommend and in fact challenge others to go and indulge in the positive experience this dealership has to offer.

Excellent response and very helpful, I recommend this dealer to everyone, it's hard to find an honest dealer these days and Leader Autoplex owner Ahmet and finance manager Roxanne were very pleasant to work with.
Fantastic service and attention by Mr. Ahmet, he was very patient, I didn't feel rushed or pressured for anything. I saw the vehicle test drove it, and shopped around, a week later I came back to buy this one because it genuinely was the best deal and the used vehicle was immaculate. Offered a 3month warranty with purchase of vehicle and business was done the old fashion way- ended the sale with a handshake the same day. Very fast customer service!
Do not visit! They promise "No hassle, no pressure." The rep stood over me the entire 15 minutes I looked at a car. He wanted to know what I was doing with a volt meter (uh, test the battery). He would not let me jack up the car. He offered to put the car on their lift on Monday (48hrs)! Drove 80 miles to check the car and ready to buy now if good. Monday, yeah not working out. I thought dealerships wanted people on the lot to buy cars, especially while on the lot.
