DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE WOLVES IN SHEEP CLOTHING! The Nissan NV brakes locked up on test and smoking. The Black Ford Transit broke down on me 3 times within two weeks. Hirbeth promised to complete ALL REPAIRS! I am going to share this horrible business experience with everyone. PLEASE DON"T BUY FROM HERE! They have a mechanic that does more damage than it is worth.
Okay so good costumer service, but we were totally rigged with this car, got this car for about $7,300 in total and I’ve spent over $1000 fixing problems that are wrong with it, they told us that they have a mechanic who looks at their cars but it was like the car wasn’t even touched, currently as I am writing this, I’m still having problems with this car.
They did respond to my request. They were very helpful in trying to help me find the vehicle I was searching for. They immediately informed via phone and photos when other options became available. I did find a vehicle with another dealer however.
Many parts to be fix on the car. I got and appointment to get the car fix but I wasn't ready at that time. It appears that their main focus is to get money from the customer without making the car ready. When define strict price, make sure that car is ready or on car gurus list everything thing not working on the car, this will help the customer to decide if he want to contact you or not.
