I had an inspection done for my rental property. I booked online for the same week and got to pick the day and time that worked best. I didn't have to talk to anyone and my tenant was able to let them in. I received the certificate via e-mail the same day as the inspection. It doesn't get any easier than that.

When I called the company, they were able to come out that day, they were very cordial and said the turnaround time would be 5-7 business days. They came out on a Monday at 5:30 pm. I had the complete report by the week’s end. So prompt. I would highly recommend them!
