Really disappointed with the service. Bob came, charged us, but didn’t fix anything. We then called someone else, and they fixed it on time.
I received excellent service today from Leachmans Plumbing. I called because my septic pump wasn’t working and right from the initial phone call I was treated well. The man who took my call was pleasant and helpful. The plumbers were very friendly and honest about what was wrong. They responded quickly and got the pump going right away. They took the time to explain to me what was going on and gave me some tips on what to look for if I ever have problems with the pump again. I found the cost very reasonable and fair. I am so upset. Didn't get past the phone call . ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS BOOK SOMEONE TO UNCLOG MY SINK. WHAT A CONDESCENDING EMPLOYEE ON THE OTHER END. SERIOUSLY WOULD NEVER LET THEM IN MY HOME . HORRIBLE MAN.
Required the services of a skilled crafts for “ole school” maintenance ! Replacement of combo shower & tub cartridge (original install 30 + yrs ) Brianna proved the skill set & understanding of the craft with a timely task completed with patience and service oriented approach ! Highly recommend and satisfied with work!
disappointed in Toms service in particular - never had a problem with the old owner... lack of communication is very unprofessional
