(I wish we could leave multiple reviews for the same business without having to update an old review.) Unfortunately it was a difficult day at the salon. Arrived @ 11:01 for an 11:00 pedicure appointment. Not one service tech was available. Chairs were not ready for us. My guest and and I were seated however we waited until our tub water was cold. What is the point of an appointment??? Really unfortunate. We dried off and walked out. With their 20 minute rude delay we couldn't have made our lunch reservation on time. Obvious... read more
