A serious dump with serious attitude STAY AWAY – Management , you reading this? I?ve been going to this dump by boat for 20 some years and never experienced what I did today. My wife and I stopped in there at about 3 this afternoon by boat with 3 other couples after a great day of fishing for some drinks and burgers. Great Dive! – Local, Local, Local! I am a chef/ restauranter and I just moved to the area and have been searching for great one of a kind restaurants. This is it.... One of a kind. From start to end my experience was great. Free parking, you walk up to the shack and there are old bath tubs and toilets everywhere which is super unique. Awesome burgers, great place to hang out and have a fun time. – Not sure where all the comments are coming from that complain about the service. The location was packed and all staff we encountered was very fun and friendly. The burger was the best I've had in Miami and up there with the best I've ever had. You can pull your boat right up to the restaurant. Go for a fun and casual time. Don't go if you?re a pompous moron!
Arrived after lunch rush on a Saturday. Very cool decor, and was actually able to be seated right away. Waitress was a little short (I'm being kind). They think they can rest on the reviews etc. Waited for an hour before they delivered our fries, and fifteen minutes later they delivered 2 burgers. They were just ok, BIG, but nothing you can't do on your own grill. Don't believe the hype!
I've lived on Hollywood Beach for over 20 years. I went to Le Tub back then and a few times over the years. It's got the rustic atmosphere of a deteriorating shipwreck. It's an open air restaurant and there's trees in it and this is SoFla so , yeah, you might see some insects and lizards about on the patio or dock, but I cant im agine there's anything keeping them out of the "kitchen ", which is a 5 x 5 enclosed area on the dock basically. Bad Service, Dirty and the burgers are not the best. – Have been there 4 times and no more. Last time I went it was around 6P.M. and I left the place, after I saw dark insects with wings... flying around my bench. Servers fix the burgers out on a table by the water. It is not a clean place, but it has a nice water view. The burgers are not great and over priced. Go for a beer instead.
Major Carnivores and don't understand all the fuss about this place.. – I'm from South Florida and a big guy who loves hamburgers. Had to try this place. We arrived at about 1 p.m. on a Saturday and found a table quickly. The BEST NEIGHBORHOOD BEACH BAR – Le Tub is primarily a neighborhood BAR that has wonderful food. Taking care of the regulars and locals is their best interest so you may have to wait awhile. Locals go there to drink with friends and know to order their food well in advance. Also if you wait too long some things like the NY Strip won't be available. If you like Indiana Jones you will Love Le Tub! – I took my girlfriend there and it turned into a scene from Indiana Jones Temple of Doom. You remember that scene when Indiana and Short Round got caught in that secret tunnel, and Kate Capshaw had to rescue them by powering through that sea of 16 legged critters. That is what it is like at Le TUb. They literally crawl across your feet and fall from the ceiling. Good Times. Le Close Le Tub!
