Interesting place to eat.. This should be tried at least once. The decor sounds very offputting, but is actually quite attractive in a strange way. The restaurant's tucked away in vines and wild greenery, and a closer inspection reveals many plants potted in toilets and bathtubs. Get past the wierdness (physically and emotionally) and there's a gorgeous waterfront view in the back of the restaurant. Food is decent, but not spectacular, but this is worth checking out for the atmosphere alone.
good food When you are looking for good food you may driver right passed this place, do not. Looks are definitely deceiving. All you see is a long row of toilets, it will definitely catch your eye, but don't be afraid, the food is great.
Hardly the Minefield Others Describe... You gotta know where you are going before you allow your expectations to override logic. This place is called Le Tub. When you want something different When you want something different check out Le Tub. Don't expect good service, it's okay. The place is pretty run down, there are toilets used as planters all over the place... very unusual indeed. The FOOD however will leave you wondering when you'll be able to go back. Get yourself a cheeseburger or dolphin sandwich and your favorite beverage, and be prepared to have your mind blown. Enjoy the water view. Play some cool tunes... and relax Keys style.
Best burgers around. Beautiful sunsets on the water. Little barbecue and bar. Nice and rustic. A real local joint.
If you like casual, Florida and an amazing burger, this is the place! The atmosphere is SO MUCH FUN and the drinks were excellent, too. The biggest problem was HORRIBLE service! Our waitress didn't seem to care how long everything was taking, we felt completely ignored! But hey, it's a great place to bring your out-of-town guests to soak up a unique atmosphere of toilets and sinks, watch some boats go by, see the water sparkle, and feast on a fat yummy chunk of ground beef.
I've been there about 3 times, service is ok food is ok. Most of the place is outside seating however they were very rude when I asked if I could bring my dog. Almost as if I had insulted the person I was speaking to
If I could leave zero stars I would. This is a terrible place. I do not usually have complaints about things, but when I do... there IS a problem. The service is slow and rude. You have to seat yourself, get your own water, and get your own menu. There were four people in our party.. One person got their food and the rest of us waited 39 minutes to get ours. Burger NIGTHMARE!!! – 1.The service is horrible! When we arrived we asked for a high chair for my 11 month old, the server yelled at us: "don't you know how to read? this is not a restaurant". In addition, the server was very disrespectful with our Latino guests; he keep hurrying them and mocking their accents while repeating every word they mispronounced. 2.The wait is ridiculously long!
