Major Carnivores and don't understand all the fuss about this place.. – I'm from South Florida and a big guy who loves hamburgers. Had to try this place. We arrived at about 1 p.m. on a Saturday and found a table quickly. The BEST NEIGHBORHOOD BEACH BAR – Le Tub is primarily a neighborhood BAR that has wonderful food. Taking care of the regulars and locals is their best interest so you may have to wait awhile. Locals go there to drink with friends and know to order their food well in advance. Also if you wait too long some things like the NY Strip won't be available. If you like Indiana Jones you will Love Le Tub! – I took my girlfriend there and it turned into a scene from Indiana Jones Temple of Doom. You remember that scene when Indiana and Short Round got caught in that secret tunnel, and Kate Capshaw had to rescue them by powering through that sea of 16 legged critters. That is what it is like at Le TUb. They literally crawl across your feet and fall from the ceiling. Good Times. Le Close Le Tub!
Le Tub is LeGrande – LeTub is LeGrande. I was staying at the Hollywood Beach Resort and came upon LeTub by accident (or cosmic intervention). It was soooo lmuch fun; staff was not rude, they are very casual here. Sorry for the folks that came here because of Oprah; this is not your kind of place. Not worth it at all... – I went on a Tuesday night with four other people. Tha place was half empty and the waitress told us right off the bat that the wait would be at least an hour (for four burgers and a salad). RUDE and Sadistic – Worst and rudest employees and service I've ever experienced-and thats saying alot since I travel world wide 6-8 months every year. Le Tub burgers – We heard that Le Tub was rated the #1 burger in the Nation- Coming from NY we have had lots of good burgers before and couldnt wait to try Le Tub- We now live in S Florida and finally tried out Le Tub last night. Take it from a long time customer... – Le Tub used to be my favorite place to hang out in the world. I first found this place 15 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. The recent publicity by Oprah and GQ has turned the place into an overpriced hangout of boring people. I guess all good things do come to an end. By the way, I've never tried their burgers - the catch of the day is always amazing! :)
