Nous avions pris deux rdv 4 jours avant pour 10h et 10h30 pour enfants il nous appelle moins de 20 mins avant le rdv pour nous dire qu’il sera là à 11h, nous etions déja en route avec les enfants … il nous propose d’autres horaires mais ne peut pas à 10h au rdv prévu, première fois et nous ne rebookerons pas
