Contacted the first time and they got back to me a month later. First time went there was fine, no issues. The second time I went there to do regular laser just like I did as before they tried to up charge me more on technicality. Same procedure and same spot but they tried to trick you to charge you more. Rude and unprofessional staff, even the so called “manager” in morning was giving sass! Will never go there and I warn other customers, be careful with this place. They lure you in and then up charge you mid way!
Friendly and professional staff, their facilities have always been clean and well kept. My hair removal treatment on my beard and neckline has gone really well. The staff has always taken the time to explain what the procedure entails and how the results will look. Very happy with their services!

I’ve been coming here for about 3-4years. I’m not sure if it’s under new management but I’m not happy with their service. I normally buy a package of 2 sets of 6 seasons and they never have appointments. They are either 2-3 months out. The previous receptionist was about to squeeze me in cause my seasons are less than 10min. I wasn’t happy with the last session. I called the office 2x today and left a voicemail.
