Food tasted fresh, the workers were kind. I had the pork banh mi and it was very flavorful and the bread was warm and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A gem of a hole in the wall type restaurant.
The food is so, so good, and the people are so nice! We also ordered a cake ahead of time and it was both delicious and beautiful. I can't wait to come here as often as we can afford (which will be a heck of a lot more frequent than we could go anywhere else; their prices are great)
I had almost given up on Pho in Hayward/Castro Valley, but Le Paradis is amazing every time! The owner is kind & friendly, & you can taste the LOVE in her food. The broths are AMAZING!! All on their own—I sometimes buy just the broth when I’m sick. My favorite is the Pho Thai Seafood Soup 😋, & the Crab Tomato Seafood Soup is rich & delicious. Full of flavor & NO MSG. A MUST HAVE: the HUGE spring rolls with Grilled Pork 😋
