Just wanted to thank everyone- especially Lori for always making my dental visits so enjoyable!! My fear/dread of check ups has been completely eliminated-I don't even clench the arms of the chair anymore- lol! I appreciate the time everyone takes to make me feel at ease and how thoroughly all procedures are explained to me. I can't say enough praise for Family 1st Dental.
I had my first appointment with Family 1st in Le Mars and was impressed by the thoroughness of the exam and cleaning. The staff were all very friendly and my hygienist was great about offering suggestions and tips without being pushy. She clearly told me what some good options would be to consider and then left the decision to me. I really appreciated that. They explained what they were doing as they did it and worked quickly and efficiently. Looking forward to continuing to get dental care from Family 1st!
