I never wait and the service is always excellent!
Believe it or not, I enjoy coming into your office. The Dentist office is not one of my favorite places to go but your staff is so friendly, warm and caring and the way they explain what their going to do before they do it eases a person mind. You and your staff are great people.

I went in there and they are very friendly people! The hygienist was very sweet and she had a conversation and explained everything She was doing as she was doing it. Also, I had concerns with a tooth and another office I went to told me there wasn't anything but if it got worse to come back, I came here and the dentist spotted a cavity right away, I went all this time with a cavity because of a negligent dentist from before. I also had cement left over from when I had braces and they scrapped all of it off for me, or at lea... read more
I have always had a severe phobia of the dentist. Everyone at Family 1st Dental of Le Mars was extremely friendly and understand my fears. They were precise and made sure I understood everything before they did it.
