I was fortunate to have very perceptive first care doctors who immediately called Dr He for a consultation when I was admitted to the hospital. Throughout the process of many tests Dr He and Janell were the utmost example of top notch care and diagnosis. I had a very operable tumor and still was scared to death. Doctor He told a bald face lie when she stated all was fine. Her partner in practice, James Bales, quite obviously botched the surgery and left a debris field in my back. It was CYA time. Got a second opinion. I need another surgery to fix what Bales did. Please be careful. DO NOT let these people near you with a scalpel.
Dr. He and Janell are 2 great people. On September 2, 2021 Dr. He performed my brain coil embolization. Dr. He saved my life with the emergency surgery. Dr. He demonstrates thorough knowledge and is an expert at what she does. I know that first hand. Dr. He assured me she would help me and she did. My subsequent follow up care has been stellar.
