I recently attended Forever Jewellers, Rouse Hill to enquire the cost to have my engagement ring cleaned My ring was not purchased from the store. The Jeweller immediately shared with me that there was no charge and that he was more than happy to help me. Taken aback and embarrassed by his generosity and kindness I asked to pay however he would not allow me. I returned shortly thereafter.
