they initially charged a penalty of $1100 and we had to negotiate so much to reduce that. the kids had written small ABC's on one part of the wall and their penalty was $1100, stating a reason that they cannot just paint a 'piece of wall '. they need to paint the entire apartment! RecommendedAll of the green shirted day to day staff are always around hard at work and answer maintenance requests in reasonable time. The contractors which do renovations are also very polite and never work in a manner disruptive to the tenants. Additionally, the in office staff is always willing to help and provide information.
They are being rude to my fiance and overcharging us more than anyone else!
Such an amazing place to live! It feels like a family here! So impressed with management, staff & the place itself! They take care of us when we are in need! We have lived here over 3 years & hope not ever to move!!!
