I have been a patient for the past four/five years and I can confidently say that my experience here was barely exceptional at best. Dental assistants would act condescending onto patients waiting in the individual rooms. Receptionist has a short fuse where at some point she actually started raising her voice on me. I would never recommend this orthodontist to any family members.
I was a patient for Dr. Yanique Le-cadre from 2004-06 and cannot describe my experience better than exceptional. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Office was always clean. Appointments where availability was excellent. Would definetly recomment it!
