Billing department is terrible. Nobody knows what they are doing and they don't return calls. We dropped them after 20 years just was sick of all the extra charges and water price going up.
This company sucks! If your thinking of going with them stay away! bottle charges are up to $14 you can go get Primo at Lowe's food or Publix for $8.50 BIG savings
Excellent customer service Drivers do a amazing job.Quality of water is the best.
Sad to see they don’t allow customers to come pick up anymore at their location. Always enjoyed talking to Daniele she is so sweet and always carried those heavy bottles for me.
