I've been going here for years. The staff has changed a bit through the years & it seems they have gotten rid of the grouchy ones because I do remember some sour faces, but the atmosphere is really pleasant now. They used to kind of pressure you into getting a more expensive mani or pedi but that too seems to have faded. I never minded because it was worth the outcome. I've always had really nice people & service.
I've been using LaBelle nails for years. I am always very happy with all the services. Manis, pedis, and waxing services are great.
Worst nail salon I've ever been to! They do not listen to the customer, overcharge you for services you didn't get, RUINED my nails and treated my daughter and I horribly! Will never go back

I took my daughter yesterday 7-13-2013 from the start it was horrible the nail tech put nail polish over the polish my daughter had on! When I told her she already had some on she ignored me so I had to tell someone who could better explain it to her. The lady was dishonest about the cost. She added stuff without telling me how much it costs & then charged me an outrageous amount for nails. They didn't even offer a drink which a lot of nail salons do. I would tell my friend not to go there & I will not go there ever again. I was mainly upset the threw on these charges at the end & didn't let me know till I was done.
I had a mani/pedi today, and the manicure was absolutely horrible. The lady that did my nails (and I believe she is the owner or manager) was very pre-occupied with people coming in the salon...her co-workers...and the lady doing my daughter's nails next to me. First of all, she cut my cuticle pretty badly. Secondly, the brush that was in the gel bottle was badly worn, so she took a brush out of another bottle and used it.
