CONSUMER BEWARE Jerry Smith is a scam artist. He has taken my $3400 as a deposit to be returned to me and has refused to refund my money. Furthermore, he is playing gatekeeper with the rental unit and has not provided me with the keys as the landlord has instructed him, and we are several days into the month. Proceed with caution before conducting business with LDS Realty Group.
I have worked with jerry on several different jobs has always been honest and straightforward. I've always found him to be a man of his word. I would highly recommend working with him.
I wish I could rate even less. Jerry has taken 100$ from both me and my mother, (co tenants) did multiple screening reports, and has several very important documents of ours without providing ANY results. He has failed to even show us any of his listings after working with him for an entire month. He continuously does the run around and says he’s waiting for property owners to get back to him regarding scheduling viewings. Deeply unprofessional. Contacted me at 430am because "He's a busy man" and that fit his schedule.
When I first met him, he talked so much I just listened. He promised he could deliver on a service, and I literally saw nothing from him just TALK. He does not follow upon service. Just because a person has an office and wear a suit and tie means literally nothing now and days. I really don't know what he does.
