CONSUMER BEWARE Jerry Smith is a scam artist. He has taken my $3400 as a deposit to be returned to me and has refused to refund my money. Furthermore, he is playing gatekeeper with the rental unit and has not provided me with the keys as the landlord has instructed him, and we are several days into the month.
