All of the staff has been awesome, friendly, and caring. I have had many procedures there and have been treated wonderfully.
I flew in from San Diego for my Mothers Surgery. We hoped for a positive experience because of all of what’s going on because of the Covid pandemic. While registering the clerk Natalie asked who we were to the patient we told her. She rudely, abruptly and unprofessional said we needed to exit the building. Some real customer service coaching need to happen for Natalie or maybe out of a role that does not deals with the public. She turned a positive day to a negative day.
