I realized that with laser equipment, you really need the Doctor to have many years of experience and training. It's not just about the newest and coolest laser machine, but the driver behind it. My Goodness! I am so happy! – I feel like I have to shout on top of a mountain! I can't believe mix2 laser is a miracle! Co2 really smoothed out ALL OF MY WRINKLES! I don't want to share this secret, but it is the best way to deal with wrinkles, while you are working. I go every time on my lunch. You will be amazed at the results! It outperforms all the lasers! Just 3-5 treatments and I was completley done. You go LDI! I LOVE YOU!
Tough choice but best decision WE ever made! – My sister and I have bad acne. I guess its in the genes. Both of us suffered from acne scars and rosacea. With faith we met Dr. Rispler, and had so many questions for him. He patiently explained everything to us. It was a very easy decision, considering how knowledable, and professional the Doc is. Best Dermatologist in the country – I am from New York, and saw the best dermatologist in Manhattan. I entrusted in that medical spa my face. My representation to the world. Fantastic Place to go for laser treatments – I must say that I was very nervous to get laser treatments done. For one thing, I don't even buy high-end products because I am so skeptical. I grew up with acne since I was 12, and I even had adult acne. It was really hard to live a real happy life because I was a true acne sufferer. Great Doctor, friendly nurses, highly recommend – I was scared to go in any laser office, as I thought I would have to get atleast 6-10 laser treatments. To my surprise, only had to go for 3 treatments. Which was very easy for a guy like me. I know I didn't have it bad, but now I don't stare at the mirror and wonder what in the world happened to my face. I am a real estate agent, and I must look good (if you know what I mean.) Do not go! Bad customer service – When I read the reviews I didn't think that LDI would be that bad of an experience but it was. The doctor's assistant is the rudest person ever. I waited 30 minutes for a 2 minute consultation. He tried to talk around my questions and had a fit when I wanted to know more about the procedure. Please please do not go. This place is absolutely horrible with customer service. Its a wonder why they doctor hasnt fired him yet.
Highly Recommended – The office was extremely professional and the Doctor is always at the office. They helped my son's acne clear. I highly recommend LDI and Dr. Rispler. The office is a nice high tech facility. Lots of staff and lots of patients. My son said the treatments were painless and seemingly fast.
