Very Good Customer Service, professional, and clean. – these are three things that I value highly. Customer service, Professionalism, and sanitation. So far so good, with all 4 treatments. The Dr. even answered all of my questions. The nurses are very caring, and I think the Dr. assistant, is very professional, and honest. I will update this review when all treatments are done! TTYL
Just finished my last appointment! – I just finished my last appointment. It's now time to celebrate! I've been going through some treatments, and being really good about the after care. All in all, I am so glad I took this step, because it turns out, it is the most important step in my life I took. I am going to recommend Laser Dermatology Institute to everyone that I know. They did something I never would've thought even in my dreams that would actually become reality.
Great Service that exceeds beyond! – A real expert place! A 5 star laser center. The doctor here is probably just one main guy. I appreciate that much more, because I really got to know the Doctor, and my treatments stayed very consistent. Even the nurses were very helpful. The office is tip top, cleanliness is superb. Would definitley go back only here.
Excellent experience, I trust LDI's Expertise – Dear whomever this may concern, I had very bad scars, from a car crash, and I was left burnt. Even on my ankles. yes, I did join mothers against drunk driving, yes, I have had to go to therapy. however, above all - I am most greatful to Dr. Rispler and his staff, and his whole facility of the tons of lasers he has. LDI California – So let me start off by saying, i read most reviews before this, and I just came back from the initial 'consultation' about 30 mins ago. Also, I have not received any treatment from them as of yet. The office is clean, leather and plants here and there. The staff is young and good looking (for the most part). Very Professional – My son had really bad acne. And all the girls were making fun of him at school. He didn't even make it to his own prom. I vowed to get rid of the acne, but heard that Accutane has very bad side affects. So I went to LDI and met with Dr. Rispler for my free consultation. I am so proud to be saying this but my son has clear skin, and we shared a special moment that is worth so much to me. My whole life, I never thought that acne has such bad effects on kids. I agree with the below comment wholeheartedly – My son is 14 years old, and we went through the same thing. We first went to nutritionists, and cut out fried foods, spicy foods etc.. Nothing worked. My son broke up with his girlfriend just because he was getting acne flare ups. He was left with big pock marks at such a young age. Not only did we have ease with treatments, but his skin is like new. Just still can't believe it.
Clear Skin – Went to the one in Irvine, and the wait time was 10 minutes. Pretty straightforward, aftercare even better. Heal time was little to none. Definite- would go back to treat skin problems - any day.
Worked for me :) – Defintiely their services worked perfect for me. I have fantastic results, and didn't take much time. Staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. Kids friendly, and above all - Great Docter
