Lou was so awesome to work with. We are first time home buyers and had a lot of questions, and he had so much knowledge on the entire inspection process. His inspection was thorough and detailed, and the final report was laid out extremely organized and easy to read. Totally exceeded my expectations. Lou provided a fantastic home inspection experience for my first time buying a home. He was thorough in his inspection, honest in his perspective, and even returned back to the home for additional tests on my heater when it initially wouldn't turn on. Lou was phenomenal. He’s very professional, honest and thorough throughout our pre and post inspection. The post report was very detailed, included things wouldn’t think could be a concern. If you want a piece of mind, highly recommend LDG Home Inspection.
I’m a first time buyer and didnt really know what I was looking for or what not to look for. Lou helped me with not just one but, two homes. The first one was a money pit and Lou pointed out so much damages and repairs that were hidden. He saved me from buying a house that wasn’t for me. Service was A plus plus he ever used a drone to take detailed pictures of your roof! I would recommend Lou to any one who is looking to buy a home!
We hired LDG for an urgent home inspection in Delco. The friendly inspector came out, did a very thorough basement to roof inspection and gave helpful feedback. Overall, it was a good experience.
