Excellent. Kind, knowledgeable, informative. I believe I’m in good hands in the next journey of my life. Her staff is super nice too. I’m pretty sure Dr. Diego is going to be my doctor for years to come.
I've been to Dr Loraine Diego once and had a great experience. The staff has been really easy to communicate with as well. So far so good and plan to continue coming back!
Don’t bother coming here. The incredibly rude female receptionist I spoke to on July 31 at noon has a God complex. She thinks she can dictate when and how patients receive treatment - all without a medical license! She REFUSED to let me speak with Dr. Diego. She refused to let me have any communication with my own doctor when I had important questions. I have already booked an appointment with a new gynecologist! Bye! Dr. Diego, your egotistical secretary is going to scare off all your patients. Fire her.
Been here twice and my experience has been so much better compared to other Dr's. Thank you for listening to my concerns and providing solutions!
Great experience. Exam was super quick and efficient but didn't feel rushed at all. She was informative, actually she exceeded my expectations for the visit today. Highly recommend
