I did not enjoy my experience with Doctor Lorraine. I felt she talked down to me and felt like I didn’t know things about insurance premiums etc, my own birth control, and how gynecological services worked. I am 32 years old. I asked for some help with my hormone balancing she took some blood test sent them to me without any explanation or asking to see me to help me manage them. I was very disappointed.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Diego recently and was so happy with how it went. She took her time going through everything with me that I needed to discuss and we spoke about all of the possibilities for treatment. At no point did I feel rushed and she really listened to me and understood everything I explained to her. I also loved that we were able to do bloodwork right in the doctor office.
As a KP insurance holder, it's difficult to find great providers who will listen and take the time to educate you about your health concerns. I decided to search for a fertility/hormone specialist because my hormonal health has always been dismissed, but not today. I left Dr. Diego's office more hopeful about my fertility journey. We have built a plan and will be reaching out to her again in a few months. Thank you Dr. Diego!
Dr. Diego is the best! She is very caring, she really takes time to listen, and she is very thorough in asking the right questions about my health. The office is also very clean and beautiful, in addition to the staff being nice. 100% recommend Dr. Diego and her clinic for women's health and aesthetics!!
