There are not enough positive words to describe my experience with LCS. They are compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Their communication is top notch. The previous homeowners had a service plan with them that we ended up continuing. When our heat pump randomly went out on a pretty new unit, they took the time to do two inspections to be sure that was the issue, went above and beyond to have what they could covered under warranty and worked with us on financing what couldn’t be covered.
