I am always pleased with my service from LCS the technician was prompt and very courteous. She completed the system maintenance in good time and left everything neat and tidy. I always buy the yearly maintenance plan so they come out twice a year and make sure my system runs efficiently
LCS has always done good work for us and have beaten competitors on work we’ve done with them. Sam spent extra time with us outside typical maintenance protocol to help us with checking for growth or moisture concerns as we have recently dealt with a leaking shower that created mold spores.
We were having problems with our humidifier for the whole house, and Mark came out and got us all fixed up, as always LCS goes above and beyond, they treat you like family, starting from Travis through every employee we’ve dealt with. Mark explained everything and educated me on how to set the thermostat for the desired humidity versus the outside weather. It’s always a pleasure with this crew.
